Returns & Refund

Returns:
We offer 14-day no quibble returns & refund when you receive your purchase. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging, including all tags and paperwork. Please contact us before returning an item so that we may provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Without this number, we may not be able to process your return.

Damages and Issues:
If an item arrives damaged or with an issue, please contact us immediately with pictures of the damage or issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds on items that do not meet our return or refund criteria. This includes custom or personalized orders, items marked "Final Sale," and items that are not in their original condition and/or packaging.

Exchanges:
We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We are happy to exchange any item for a different size or color of the same item. Please contact us and provide your order number and the item you would like to exchange before returning an item so that we may provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Without this number, we may not be able to process your exchange.

Refunds:
We offer refunds for all returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help!
